Next, turn your attention to ST36, found about four finger widths below the kneecap, on the outer side of your shin. This point is a powerful booster of energy, invigorating your Qi, the life force that flows through you, enhancing your vitality.
Now, visualize GB34, located on the outer side of your knee, in the depression just before the fibula bone. This point helps relax your tendons, allowing for greater flexibility and ease, reducing tension in your body.
Shift your focus to KI3, situated on the inner side of your ankle, in the dip behind the ankle bone. This point nourishes your marrow, supporting the health of your bones and overall vitality.
Finally, bring your awareness to CV4, located a few finger widths below your belly button at the center of your abdomen. This point tonifies your essence, enriching your life force and supporting overall well-being. Use caution with this point if you have any abdominal discomfort.
