  • Emotional Anchoring: La13 (Benshen) is particularly important for the emotional side of this equation. It helps to settle the mind, encouraging a transition from a state of anxious alertness to one of grounded awareness.

How to Support Yourself

This might involve using targeted audio frequencies that resonate with these specific energy points, helping to guide your structure back toward a state of harmony.
