This recipe uses SP10 to invigorate blood, BL17 to regulate blood, LR3 to soothe liver, KI3 to nourish Yin, and ST36 to boost Qi. It supports skin pigmentation. Contraindications: Use caution with SP10 in skin conditions.

BioCoherence Meditation

Focus your attention inward as you visualize the acupuncture points that support skin pigmentation and address vitiligo-like spots.

Begin with SP10, located on the inner thigh, a few inches above the knee. This point invigorates blood flow and promotes circulation, essential for skin vitality.

Next, bring your awareness to BL17, found on the back, between the shoulder blades, just below the spine. This point helps regulate blood, ensuring it nourishes the skin effectively.

Now, move to LR3, located on the top of the foot, in the valley between the big toe and the second toe. LR3 soothes the liver, promoting emotional balance which can influence skin health.

Shift your focus to KI3, located near the ankle, on the inner side of the foot. This point nourishes Yin, providing deep hydration and support to the skin.

Finally, visualize ST36, located on the lower leg, about four fingers below the knee cap, slightly to the outside. ST36 boosts Qi, enhancing overall vitality and resilience.

As you breathe deeply, imagine the energy flowing through these points, harmonizing and balancing your body. Visualize a warm light radiating from SP10, spreading through your blood, nourishing every cell in your skin. Feel the calming effects of LR3 soothing your liver, releasing stress and tension that may contribute to skin issues.

See the nurturing energy from KI3 enveloping your skin, bringing moisture and vitality. Picture the invigorating flow from ST36 energizing you, filling you with strength and resilience.
