BioCoherence Meditation
Focus on your animal, visualizing it comfortably in a serene space. As you do so, bring your attention to the specific acupuncture points that can support its breathing and overall well-being.Begin with LU7, located on the inside of the foreleg, just above the wrist. This point opens the lungs, helping to ease any tightness in the chest and promote better airflow. Imagine a gentle light radiating from this point, illuminating the lungs and encouraging free breathing.
Next, visualize CV17, found at the center of the chest, just above the heart. This point regulates the chest and supports emotional balance. Picture warmth enveloping this area, allowing your animal to feel relaxed and secure, enhancing the flow of energy and breath.
Now, direct your attention to BL13, situated along the spine in the upper back, near the shoulder blades. This point strengthens the lungs, providing a solid foundation for respiratory health. Envision a strong, supportive energy emanating from this point, fortifying your animal's ability to breathe deeply and easily.
Consider ST36, located on the front of your animal's hind leg, about four fingerbreadths below the knee cap. This point is known for boosting overall energy and vitality. Imagine a vibrant energy flowing through this point, invigorating your animal and enhancing its overall strength and resilience.
Finally, focus on Dingchuan, found just below the neck, alongside the spine. This point is often used for asthma relief. Visualize a soothing energy radiating from Dingchuan, calming any wheezing or shortness of breath.
As you maintain this visualization, encourage your animal's body to relax deeply. Inhale gently, and as you exhale, release any tension or discomfort your animal may be experiencing. Allow the energy from these points to harmonize and balance, guiding your animal's body toward its natural state of health and ease.
With each breath, feel the connection between you and your animal strengthening. Trust in the natural healing process, and allow this meditation to support your animal in achieving clear, unobstructed breathing. Continue to focus on the warmth and light from each point, facilitating a gentle flow of energy that nurtures and heals.
