BioCoherence Meditation
Focus on the animal's body and visualize the following acupuncture points, each serving a purpose in alleviating allergic symptoms such as itching and sneezing.LI4, located between the thumb and index finger, is known for boosting the immune system. Picture this point glowing, enhancing the animal's natural defenses against allergens.
LU7 is found on the wrist, just above the thumb side. Imagine this point opening the lungs, allowing for easier breathing and relief from respiratory discomfort.
BL13 is located on the back, at the level of the third thoracic vertebra, near the spine. Visualize this point strengthening the lungs, providing resilience and support in times of allergic reactions.
ST36 is situated below the knee, about four finger widths down from the kneecap, and one finger width to the outside of the shinbone. Envision this point enhancing vitality, giving the animal the energy it needs to combat allergens effectively.
SP6 is located on the inside of the hind leg, a few finger widths above the ankle. Picture this point nourishing Yin, promoting balance and calmness within the body.
As you focus on these points, breathe deeply, allowing each breath to carry healing energy to the animal. Visualize the light from each point connecting and harmonizing, creating a wave of relief that washes over the animal, soothing any discomfort from allergies.
With each inhalation, imagine the immune system becoming stronger, the lungs opening wider, vitality increasing, and Yin being nourished. With each exhalation, release any tension or discomfort associated with allergies.
Continue this visualization, holding the intention of balance and health, as the body naturally moves towards its perfect state. Let this deep sense of harmony envelop the animal, allowing it to feel safe, comfortable, and free from allergic symptoms.
