BioCoherence Meditation
Visualize the body of the animal, focusing on the legs and hooves. We will work with five key points to alleviate laminitis and hoof pain.First, locate KI3, situated just above the ankle, on the inside of the leg. This point nourishes the kidneys, which are essential for overall vitality and energy.
Next, find GB41, located on the outer side of the foot, just behind the fourth toe. Known as Zulinqi, this point promotes the flow of energy through the feet, helping to support movement and balance.
Now, turn your attention to BL60, positioned behind the outer ankle bone. This point is effective in relieving pain, but use it cautiously, as it may affect the hoof condition.
Then, focus on SP6, located on the inside of the leg, a few inches above the ankle, just behind the shinbone. This point nourishes Yin, helping to calm and balance the body.
Finally, locate LI4, found in the webbing between the first and second toes. This point reduces inflammation and encourages overall well-being.
As you visualize these points, inhale deeply, imagining the healing energy flowing to each area. With each breath, envision the nourishing energy from KI3 strengthening the kidneys, sending warmth to GB41, empowering the feet, allowing BL60 to ease the pain, and SP6 to restore balance. Feel LI4 reducing inflammation, creating a wave of comfort flowing through the body.
Picture the animal standing strong and free, its hooves healthy and pain-free, moving with grace and ease. Allow this vision to fill you with a sense of peace and balance, knowing that the body is restoring itself to its natural state of health.
Continue to breathe deeply, embracing this healing energy, allowing it to settle and harmonize within. This is a journey toward balance, where each point works in harmony to support the recovery and vitality of the animal.
