BioCoherence Meditation
Focus your awareness on the points of energy within the body that will support the management of epilepsy.First, locate GV20, known as the "Hundred Meetings," situated at the top of the head, where the forehead meets the crown. This point clears the mind and calms the spirit, providing clarity and peace.
Next, bring your attention to HT7, found on the wrist crease, just above the little finger. This point is associated with the heart, soothing emotions and calming the heart's energy, fostering tranquility.
Now, shift your focus to LR3, located on the top of the foot, in the space between the first and second toes. This point nourishes the liver, helping to relieve stress and restore balance to emotional energies.
Proceed to KI3, situated on the inner ankle, just behind the bony prominence. This point nourishes the kidneys, supporting vitality and grounding energy, essential for overall well-being.
Finally, find GB20, located at the base of the skull, in the hollows just beneath the skull. This point regulates the head and alleviates tension, promoting clarity and calmness.
As you visualize these points, imagine a harmonious flow of energy connecting them, each point working in synergy to promote balance and stability in the body. Feel the calming energy of GV20 clearing the mind, the soothing warmth of HT7 bringing peace to the heart, the gentle release of stress from LR3, the nourishing support of KI3, and the regulating influence of GB20.
Allow this harmony to envelop you, creating a serene space where the body can heal and restore its natural rhythm. Picture the energy flowing freely, dispelling any tension or discomfort, and bringing the body back to its perfect, normal state.
Breathe deeply, and with each exhale, release any anxiety or fear associated with seizures. Inhale peace and balance, envisioning a protective shield around your beloved animal, reinforcing their strength and resilience.
Continue to focus on this flow of energy, allowing it to guide you and your animal towards a state of calm and stability, essential for managing epilepsy naturally and effectively.
