Focus your awareness on the acupuncture points that will support your vision and overall well-being.First, bring your attention to GB1, located at the outer corner of your eye, just above the lower eyelid. This point is known to enhance eye function and clarity, helping to alleviate issues related to vision.
Next, shift your focus to BL1, found at the inner corner of the eye, near the bridge of your nose. This point also nurtures the eyes, promoting health and vitality.
Now, direct your awareness to LR3, located on the top of your foot, in the webbing between your big toe and second toe. This point is essential for soothing the liver, which plays a crucial role in eye health and emotional balance.
Next, visualize KI3, situated on the inside of your ankle, in the depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point nourishes the kidneys, supporting your overall vitality and energy.
Finally, bring your attention to GV20, located at the top of your head, where the spine meets the skull. This point helps to clear the mind and improve mental clarity, enhancing your overall perception.
