Focus on the area around your abdomen. Picture the acupuncture point CV12, located in the center of your belly, just below your ribcage. This point is known to harmonize the stomach, bringing a soothing balance to your digestive system. Visualize a warm, gentle light at CV12, calming any discomfort and promoting healing. Now, shift your attention to ST36, found about four fingerbreadths below your kneecap and one fingerbreadth away from your shinbone. Imagine this point strengthening your digestion, infusing your body with energy and vitality. Feel it enhancing your overall well-being. Next, bring your awareness to BL21, located on your back, just off the spine in the lower rib area. This point supports your stomach, providing a foundation for healthy digestion. Visualize a supportive force radiating from BL21, encouraging stability and nourishment throughout your body. Focus now on PC6, situated on the inner forearm, about two fingerbreadths from the wrist crease. Picture this point reducing feelings of nausea, creating a sense of calm and tranquility in your stomach. Envision the tension melting away, replaced by a soothing wave of comfort. Lastly, direct your attention to SP4, located on the inner side of your foot, just below the base of your big toe. This point helps regulate the flow of stomach energy. Imagine a gentle flow of Qi moving through your body, harmonizing and balancing your digestive system. As you visualize these points, take a deep breath. Imagine their combined energies working together, healing your gastric ulcer, easing burning pain, and alleviating nausea. Allow any discomfort to dissolve into the warm light surrounding each point. With each inhale, draw in strength and healing; with each exhale, release tension and discomfort. Feel the balance restoring within you, guiding your body back to its natural, healthy state. Embrace this feeling of harmony as it spreads throughout your being, nurturing your stomach and promoting healing.
