Visualize the acupuncture points essential for your journey toward neurological support. Start with GB36, located on the outer side of your leg, about seven inches above the ankle. This point nurtures your legs and nerves, promoting circulation and reducing numbness.Next, focus on LR14, found on the side of your ribcage, just below the breast. This point helps regulate liver energy, fostering emotional balance and physical well-being.
Now, turn your attention to La12, located on the top of your head, at the crown. This point connects to your head and nerves, enhancing clarity and mental function.
Proceed to CV1, situated at the base of your spine, between the genitals and anus. This point fortifies the lower jiao, supporting foundational energy. Avoid this point if there are pelvic conditions.
Finally, visualize TV2, located on your lower abdomen, just above the pubic bone. This point nourishes the lower abdomen, promoting vitality and reducing tingling sensations.
As you breathe deeply, allow the energy from these points to flow harmoniously. Envision each area of the body being filled with warmth, light, and vitality. With each inhalation, draw in strength and healing; with each exhalation, release tension and discomfort.
Let the synergy of these points bring the body back to its natural state, where numbness, tingling, and weakness dissolve into a sense of balance and well-being. Embrace this healing energy, allowing it to transform your experience, guiding you toward restoration and harmony.
