Next, shift your attention to the point ST25, situated on both sides of your abdomen, level with the belly button. Now, bring your awareness to SP4, located on the inside of your foot, just below the base of the big toe. By stimulating this point, you are supporting the body's natural ability to process and distribute nutrients effectively.

Together, these points work in synergy to harmonize the digestive system, alleviate abdominal discomfort, and reduce bloating. They balance the energy flow within the stomach, liver, and spleen, fostering a state of ease and tranquility.
