This recipe addresses latex-induced hives with LI11 (Quchi) to clear heat, SP10 (Xuehai) to invigorate blood, LU9 (Taiyuan) to strengthen lungs, and BL40 (Weizhong) to reduce swelling. It relieves welts and itching. Contraindications: Avoid LI11 in severe skin infections; use caution with BL40 in pregnancy.

Now, shift your focus to LU9, Taiyuan, located at the wrist, in the depression between the radial artery and the tendon of the thumb. Envision a soft, nurturing light emanating from this point, enveloping your body in calm and protection.

Finally, bring your awareness to BL40, Weizhong, found at the back of the knee, in the center of the crease. This point helps to reduce swelling and discomfort. Picture a cooling sensation radiating from this area, easing any tension and providing relief.

As you hold these points in your mind, allow the energy they represent to flow through you, balancing your body and mind. Breathe deeply, inviting warmth, circulation, and calm into the areas affected by hives.
