Imagine the presence of substances within the body, some of which can be helpful and others that may disrupt balance. Visualize these substances, or toxins, as different colors of mist. When they are beneficial, they glow with a soft, soothing light, supporting the body's natural functions and promoting a sense of well-being. These helpful mists enhance clarity, uplift the mood, and nourish the body, leading to improved energy and positive behavior.
However, when toxins are harmful, they appear as dark, heavy clouds. These clouds can obscure the light, leading to feelings of heaviness, fatigue, and negative emotions. They may cloud the mind, affecting mood and behavior, making one feel irritable or sluggish.
Now, focus on the breath, envisioning it as a gentle breeze. With each inhale, draw in cleansing, pure air, and with each exhale, release the dark clouds, allowing them to dissipate. See the body becoming lighter, with the beneficial, glowing mist taking over, restoring balance and harmony. Allow this process to guide the body back to its perfect, normal, constructive state, where all systems function in harmony, and well-being is naturally supported.
